Promoting Innovation at the Heart of the Laurentians

Context & Background

From its inception, we were involved in launching Connexion Laurentides in November 2018.A non-profit organization led by a visionary director with the support of the Ministry of Economy and Innovation and the Ministry of Municipal Affairs, Connexion Laurentides acts as the gateway to innovation in the Laurentians, supporting businesses of all sizes across eight regional county municipalities (MRCs). It fosters cooperation between private, public, and municipal sectors, aiming to cultivate an innovation-friendly culture that supports local economic development.

Interventions

– Strategic Support: From inception, we provided strategic support, contributing to the creation of the organization’s identity and name, and the development of its initial brand platform. Our assistance helped establish a solid and uniform brand profile.

Creation and Deployment: Produced various communication tools, including a dynamic directory and the visual identities of key initiatives like IX8, Innove Inc, and Aller-simple Laurentides. Enhanced digital visibility through a podcast series of 32 episodes, showcasing businesses from the eight MRCs.

Brand Management: Ongoing strategic advice and communication plan development ensure coherence and impact.

Results

Connexion Laurentides enjoys an excellent reputation among innovation partners and entrepreneurs. The organization is recognized for its accessibility and its ability to demystify complex innovation concepts, promoting synergy and trust among ecosystem stakeholders. This capacity has reinforced an understanding of development challenges and positioned Connexion Laurentides as a key player in the innovative landscape of the Laurentians.
